My stay at this ryokan was quite mixed. On the plus side, the room was spacious and had a private bath, plus the location was incredibly convenient for reaching Nikko's attractions. However, I faced some issues with the check-in process and the service could've been more accommodating. On top of that, breakfast was just average. Overall, it had good value for money, but there were definitely some areas for improvement.
